Delivery costs
Delivery is free on every order, to the UK and to all the countries we ship to, with no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom, plus Ireland, most of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to it.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the type of watch:
- Quartz watches (for example Snowy, Mono and 2D Bauhaus): please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of your order.
- Seiko-mod and automatic watches: these are assembled to order, so please allow 14–21 business days from the date of your order, including assembly.
These times apply to both UK and international orders. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, so we recommend ordering early for gifts.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, lost or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the delivery time above, please email us at politeboysclub@gmail.com with your order number and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
